The perfect place to stay if you have a “Rome” cruise. Not only are the accommodations clean and welcoming, having access to the veranda that wraps the building and lounge with complimentary food and beverages makes one truly feel “at home”! Views of the water are spectacular so grab a beer or glass of wine and pick a spot on the veranda to relax. Also, grocery and tons of restaurants in easy walking distance.

After Rome we were ready to relax. This was the perfect place for it. The deck had the most amazing views of the harbour. There is a grocery store downstairs and many restaurants within walking distance

IT was a challenge to find and gain access. It was unlike any other so it wasn’t clear we had to call the property manager. Once in, it turned out to be a wonderful place to stay. Lovely lounge and breakfast area. Great views and comfortable

Great value; short 8 minute walk to waterfront where there are nice restaurant options. Deck view (amazing) and breakfast treats were a wonderful surprise! We were able to park our rental car on the street right next to the building at no extra charge.Highly recommend

While there was nothing to report but excellence from the staff, proximity to the train station (and the cruise ship), not to mention that view from the 13th floor, I experienced an issue with Expedia’s “hide my email” functionality that caused the establishment’s email communication to fail/never reach my inbox. Not having the codes to get in, then struggle to go through the hoops to find a way to reach the establishment’s office while my wife and I stood outside for over and hour, was a major setback in our mood. Once in contact the establishment rose to the occasion, and one we saw the view of the harbor, our troubles melted away. Charming place, 10/10 will stay again. Might find another way to book the spot though.

So this is a B&B, but we loved it. The location was very convenient in the middle of everything. The staff and owner were very friendly, so much so they felt like long lost friends. Breakfast was superb and had an emphasis on Italian offering key foods that would represent the country. While the rooms aren’t five star quality they were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our time there and would revisit this place.

I cannot say enough great things about this stay! I highly recommend staying here as the host was so kind and accommodating! The apartments felt safe and the breakfast was amazing! This is a great option before your cruise, its very close to the port!
