"This was an unusual property/experience. The main door is located on a busy street in a sketchy area. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (2nd floor for Europeans). As there is no on-site staff, pre-check-in is handled through email, including passport submittal, etc. We arrived on Saturday morning in time to return a rental car before they closed at noon. Since check-in was not available until 3pm, this left us with nowhere to be and a bunch of luggage. Communication through the booking app was...

"A great little place in Italy. Great price. Clean. Nice big towels. Everything you need the days before a cruise. Right in downtown Civitavecchia. Steps away from restaurants and little shops. Close to free town shuttle. 10 minute walk to where tours start. Lovely helpful gentleman that runs the place. Answers all your questions with great patience. Adequate breakfast. Prepackaged buns. Juices, yogurt, water and beer left in fridge for you. Kettle with teas and coffee. All you really need. "

"The Property Manager was absolutely fantastic. She ensured our check in/check out was simple and efficient. She was even kind enough to arrange a shuttle for us to the cruise port for the next morning. The room was wonderful! Clean, comfortable with all the amenities required plus a few perks (water & snacks) The location was super. Just walk out your door and with a few steps there are restaurants & bars food or drink. "

"Great location for the port, not much in the immediate area. Lunch set menu was very good, and well priced, service was efficient. Rooms were clean and a nice size. Front desk staff were very helpful, sorting taxis to the port and recommending a local pizzeria for dinner. Thank-you we had a good stay."
