"Staff is very welcoming, pleasant and friendly. Easy communication, respectful and makes sure you get what you ask for. It was very easy to deal with them as i was booking one night at a time, they made sure i stayed in the same room even if i booked last minute everyday! Their lounge/restaurant was very pleasant and friendly as well. I had a facial and a full body massage at their L spa on main floor which was really good and they sure know how to treat you well. Also to top it off they have one of the best prices in town even if the hotel looks like luxury. Highly recommend!!!! "

"Some road noise but it wasn't disruptive. The hair dryer in the room didn't work. Every thing else was great. Typical breakfast choices, gym was good, room was spacious, staff was friendly."

"Hot breakfast everyday. Our front desk attendant Maureen was cheerful, helpful and even called up to the room to see if we had everything we needed. Easy access from road when entering grande Praire from Edmonton way. Walking distance to mall and shoppers drug mart. Has pool and restaurant on-site. I always stay here when I come to Grande Prarie. "
