"The second floor hallway & our room smelled moldy. There was no bottles of drinking water in our room. We had to go to the fitness center to get filtered water or go to a supermarket. The breakfast was not fully stocked. We arrived for breakfast before 9 am there were no sausage or biscuits left. When we approached the woman working in the kitchen/dining area she said there was no more left & there wouldn’t be any more available for that day. They ran out of bagels, condiments & we had to ask...

"Although it was confusing finding valet and hotel entrance, absolutely wonderful when we stepped in. From Sennesee to the bartender. Wonderful professional hotel staff. "I stayed in this hotel multiple times. Although I knew it was an older hotel, built wise, this time I was a bit frustrated. Elevator was not working properly, it took 7-10 minutes for it to come down, then it took me to level 14 and stopped. I took the stairs down to my room. Later the same thing happened so I used stairs for the rest of my stay.
In the morning I wanted to take a warm shower, water temperature was extremely cold no matter how long I tried to wait.
Staff is great, it’s just sad...
