The lady that checked me in on Christmas Day was absolutely wonderful. I arrived late in the day and she was so happy and wanted me to be happy with my room. The lady that takes care of the breakfast was always so kind and friendly. The hotel was quiet. I had a great stay.

Would not stay! My kids and I were staying for a soccer tournament. Chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool for the kids. Checked in and ask about the pool and was told it was closed for renovations. Nothing was posted before booking. As soon as we got to the room, I checked everything over. The toilet had what I’m guessing was cleaning acid all over seat (still wet) I wiped it up and it took paint/coat off the seat. Tried to flush and toilet wouldn’t flush. Tried 5 or 6 times to no avail. Went and told the front desk and they said they had no other rooms available and maintenance could maybe get there the next day (Saturday). We had to have a working toilet so we decided to check out right after we had checked in and stay somewhere else. Tried to get a refund and it was denied. Workers weren’t rude but their toilet not working was apparently our problem. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere when choosing a place to stay.
