"We did not get fresh towels until we asked for them. And trash was not picked up - guessing no daily housekeeping available. Coffee in room was not good! "

"Breakfast was the typical fair with waffles. The hot tub was hot but no bubbles. To be fair, the hot tub was one of the requirements. The rooms were clean and the price was good. We would go there again."

"The hotel’s main areas were nice. However, I was shocked at how run down the rooms were for the price we paid. Our main issue was being woken up about every 45 minutes to hotel guests talking in the halls and opening/shutting their doors. It finally quieted down around 3:30 am. I understand the hotel cannot make guests have respect for others, but the lack of insulation to keep the noise down was terrible. It sounds as if you left your door wide open to hear everything going on in the hall. Not only that but the doors themselves are LOUD! You can hear every time someone in your hall opens or shuts their door. Again, to the point it wakes everyone up. For paying over $300 a night, I would have hoped I could have gotten to actually sleep for the night. "

" Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. A couple of things to point out, I stayed two nights and had no housekeeping services. Not sure if that is how they schedule cleaning or an over sight. Also, I had a refrigerator, microwave and ice bucket but no glasses to put the ice and drink into. I had coffee cups but no water glasses. Service with the valet a bit spotty."

"The beds were very comfortable, the room clean, and the bathroom amenities were a cut above what you would expect at a chain hotel. When we asked to be moved to a room away from housekeeping on the first floor, the woman who checked us in took the time to search on the computer and find us one. I appreciated that service, as she did it willingly and quickly got us settled as a result."

"Upon arrival, this place looked amazing However, it was clear that this place was rundown and needed some repairs The TV did not work. The phone did not work. We did not have enough linen in our room for the three of us. The blankets look old and used the windows were filthy. It is just not taken very good care of and definitely not worth the money. The pool water was murky the tiles around the pool where chipped and cracked my grandson fell, and another lady fell due to the inadequate care of the floor of the room where the pool was in the outdoor outdoors, the patio the tiles were cracked and broken We were just very overly disappointed in the entire experience. We had high hopes for a much better experience, based upon it being a Doubletree and a Hilton and will not return there because of the condition of the hotel."
