"Very friendly staff and very clean"

"Breakfast was almost the same every day, but fresh. The staff was great loved the front desk ladies. Clean rooms and the airport shuttle has to be reserved prior to getting there or call as soon as you land. Easy to find the shuttle stop. Stayed 5 days and I loved it "

"The room was good, but the mattress could use replacement - sags a little. Not great water pressure. The gym only had one treadmill, which was broken. The front desk offered day passes to the gold's gym in the mall across the way. I took my mom to the restaurant - very fancy! No vegetarian protein available on the dinner menu (unless you count cheese). I had the pasta and my mom had the salmon and we both loved the dishes."

"This was a rare miss. I've had 5 great stays, but this one was pretty bad. It all came down to the bathroom. Either there wasn't a fan, or the fan wasn't working. That was just an annoyance. The bad part was the shower. There was a tub and NO handles! I am disabled, and required assistance to enter and exit the shower. I almost needed help IN the shower. It's standard nowadays to have that sort of thing come standard, so I never had to ask before. It's pretty embarrassing to have to request that...

"Beautiful location. Very new and clean. But LOUD!! Could hear every footfall and conversation. Hard to sleep : (. Also no early buffet breakfast on weekends tho staff said there was! "

"The Hotel got an issue probably fire or so, huge part of the building was smelling terrible and a lot toxic air inside de hall, and rooms! My room was affected, I was out for work and nobody notified me at all, I realized that significant part of the hotel was closed and "all" people were relocated in a different rooms until the next day morning when i ask about the internet and complain about the terrible smell!! On top of that, Teresa which is the front desk manager scolded me for not being at...

"MyPlace was much nicer than I expected from an affordable hotel next to a shopping mall. It was great having a kitchen, the beds were comfortable, it was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was super happy with my choice. The only improvement I'd recommend would be smart TVs. Basic cable and all the commercials is annoying when you have streaming subscriptions you'd rather watch on a large screen. "

"The check in was excellent and the shuttle ride back to the airport was great. There was still trash in our room and the bed looked like someone had messed it up with their hands ?!? But the check in person was really great. We were only there for 9 hours so I didn’t complain."

Our only complaint was that we could not get the room temperature to our liking and we can’t stand feeling like we have 3 flat sheets on top of us instead of a comforter, but that seems to be the norm nowadays in this price range.
