"Room was clean and in good condition. The machine with milk for the porridge was broken and there was no milk. I thought there could be some sort of pitcher with milk available. Also the breakfast attendant was just sitting on her phone instead of attending to the empty coffee or cleaning off the dirty tables, etc"

"Easy parking. Air worked well, clean room and bathroom. I checked in late and didn’t need it but TV didn’t work. Was unable to let them know be cause left early. Mattress was comfortable. Had no soap in the bathroom. "

"I loved our stay. My suite was amazing and comfortable. Although we we close to the elevator, you couldn’t hear people getting on and off. DEFINITELY a 10 out of 10 and DEFINITELY will stay again!"

"Only one elevator worked for the entire weekend we stayed and they didn’t seem to come if the other ever worked. The bar tried to close at 9 on the weekend when they had a crowd. The hanger for do no enter was broken in our room; so we couldn’t put it on when we left so they came in remade our beds but didn’t restock towels or coffee. Never saw one employ other than when I checked in and she was rude like I was bothering her resting."

"The hotel area itself has broken old doors all over and looks run down. Our room was freezing, even with the AC off, to the point where I couldn't sleep. The bed had a sheet and little cover, but no blankets. I slept in 2 sweatshirts and my slippers but it was still too cold. Half of the room outlets didn't work and the room smelled musty and dingy. In addition to the pet fee, they also charged me a $50 "pet deposit" which is not mentioned anywhere on any of the booking sites. I would have picked another hotel had I I own about the additional hidden cost because it brought this hotel to our most expensive (yet least appealing) of the trip. Lots of freeway traffic since it's on a busy road. We had an upstairs non-smoking unit (the smoking area on the first floor, which doesn't make sense) and the room smelled like old smoke. It was hard to breathe, flared my asthma, and gave me a bloody nose. Just no appeal here. I’ve tried to call about my “deposit” refund, but it goes to voicemail, nobody answers, and nobody returns my messages. It’s just a fee they collect and don’t advertise anywhere. "
