The rooms can be very hot since the ac is controlled by the front desk, but there are fans in the room and you can ask the front desk to lower the temperature."

"Mostly a good stay. The Ember is a unique property and has some great amenities. The air conditioning wasn't working well when I stayed and the sleeping area was pretty uncomfortable."

"If you’re thinking about staying here, you will not regret it. My husband and I stayed here for three nights in the Forget/Me-Not room. It was so cozy and perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I especially liked waking up each morning to the smell of bacon cooking and my husband went downstairs each morning around 6 AM to get a French press maker of our coffee. It was so delicious. They breakfast each of those mornings prepared by the chef was absolutely delicious. This location is close...

"Very poor service at the bar. We were going to eat but no one ever came to the bar for the 10 minutes we waited. Tried again later but the bartender never came down to our end of the bar so we left. Valet's did a great job with a mob of people trying to leave in the morning, they were very accommodating and helpful."

"Paid extra for certain room and asked multiple times for sheets and pillows for the pull-out couch and we were told they were too busy. So the whole family had to cram into a bed together. Not the biggest deal, but the staff was not helpful about the situation and we were told there was nothing they could do about it since we paid through Expedia."
