"Very rustic. Don’t expect much and you will be okay with this place. The bed and bathroom linens were quality. The floor was tile which I think is far better than a soiled carpet. The room was fairly clean. Check-in was unorthodox but worked out in the end. You get a microwave but are not allowed to cook in the room. There is a small fridge and a coffee maker. The electric heat unit is on the ceiling which protects it from damage I guess, but as heat is known to rise… Continental breakfast...

"Our first room wasn’t cleaned when we came in and the AC wasn’t working, before getting transferred into another room I asked about a possible shorter stay and a refund for the second night and the worker who Id assume was the manager expressed that they would deny a refund, the second room wasn’t any better, dirty AC, moldy washroom, dust on the ceiling, etc. other than that, one of the other workers was polite and the restaurant was decent."

"Stained and burnt sheets, bad smelling elevator. I didn’t feel safe leaving my vehicle outside. The people that hang around that property are not top notch ( if you catch my drift)…Makes you feel unsafe. We left shortly after check in. I felt loosing the price of the room and paying again to stay somewhere else would be cheaper than having my truck broken into. Definitely would not recommend."

"In the past 12 months I have travel from Regina to Montreal with approximately 30 evenings in hotels often checking in early. Never have I been charged an early check in fee until this weekend. The room was available when I arrived with zero inconvenience to the hotel but was charged because they could. I would not recommend staying at this hotel."

"The rooms are fine. Clean. Booked hotel as there was paid parking and airport shuttle. When I inquired about booking the shuttle i was met with a blank stare. They said to come in the morning. When i went in morning to book shuttle i was met with the same blank stare. Not sure why i paid for parking at the hotel. Ended up getting my own Uber."

"Check in was quick staff were very friendly. In our first room we had a problem with our air conditioner so we called down and they immediately moved us to another room. Large parking lot with Tim Hortons located next door. Enjoyed our stay will stay again!"

"Best Western was unable to access the Expedia reservation when I checked-in which made the stay a bit awkward. The gym at this facility is supposed to be 24-hours however, you need to have the staff let you in early in the morning - 6 AM - not ideal. Also, most of the machines in the gym were non-operable (one treadmill and one elliptical out of service) . Bathroom had an annoying motion sensor light that cannot be deactivated. Everything else was good with no issues - clean room, decent...
