"Front desk staff was quite rude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her by checking in and asking a question. Hotel was clean. Strange not to have a closet in the room but it still had a place to hang clothes. Breakfast was better than expected. Stayed here only 1 night with a coworker for a business trip."

"The free breakfast was great, a lot of choices, the hot food was hot, fresh, and kept stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable, really good water pressure in the shower, and convenient ice machine on our floor. Overall the place was clean and staff was friendly! The only complaint would be that the vending machine on our floor was out of order, but we didn’t need it anyway."

"It’s ok….not a great location and kinda run down if you compare them to other Lofts…. Bar is great…and pool is ok. I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee 3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times No phone in rooms…have to go down. Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm. Lots of food locations in the area"

"The pool was not open though the weather was nice. (The Hampton’s pool was open.)We stayed for 2 days and there was no towel service the second day. Given the price I expected more."

"Very nice hotel and a bonus was there was a good restaurant in the parking lot you could just walk to. My only disappointment was the website said it was 9.5 miles from the attraction I was there to see and it was at least 20 miles away."

"Nice place and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room with 2 queen beds was very large and spacious and very clean. Complimentary coffee and tea in lobby area was a great treat. Did not have a chance to go to the breakfast but I heard from others that it was great. We also utilized the washer and dryer on the first floor which came in handy. Detergent was given to us for free by staff. Would definitely recommend this place and revisit when we get a chance."

"The property could have been better maintained and the room cleanliness was atrocious. The blanket and sheets had stains and some hair was noted in the bed as well. On the bright side the staff went out of their way to make it right. Lastly the bed was way too soft. I hope that they address these issues."
