"Everything that was needed worked perfectly. 2 AC units was nice to keep it cool. Bed was comfortable the shower was really nice. The only thing we didn't like that one needs watch out for is the artwork. There was one with nudity. Other than that it was wonderful"

They had us wait for 15 min before they told us they had no clue how long it would take. We had somewhere to be and needed to shower and get ready. They were rude and less than helpful. "The cleanness of the room could have been better. We had bugs in the bathroom crawling up the mirror. There was a flea in the bed. From that point on, I was not too happy with the room. "The air conditioner was terrible in the whole hotel. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The smell was also terrible, I don't know if it was dirty or moldy smelling but it was not pleasant.
