"The stay at Hostellerie Sarrasine was more than lovely. The grounds are well kept and beautifully tended. The room was traditional and had modern technology. The best part was the food and service. The Famille Bévy had the most delicious French food; their cook incredible. The Bresse chicken is a must. The wine options phenomenal. The Famille Bévy were accommodating and so very warm to us. Would highly recommend this place for any looking to warm the soul. "

"For a stopover it was OK. It was very clean but only basic facilities in the room. Restaurant was closed. Breakfast was good & the staff person, who had no English, was very helpful & polite. Wrong time of year for pool?"

"The staff were very good. Welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and pleasant. Due to renovations the restaurant had moved to a room normally used for events. The meal was outstanding and service wonderfull. Would happily return just for the cuisine. Will look forward to comkng back after the restaurent is ready."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious and wonderfully stylish, with cosy sitting area too. It would be a great place to stay with your children, with 2 cosy extra beds (and teddies peeping out!) upstairs along with an extra toilet and sink. Breakfast, delivered in a basket, was plentiful and so tasty. Our hosts were fabulous. We accidentally left our electrics and Françoise not only phoned us straight away to let us know, but also so kindly posted everything on to us to...
