"Very clean and close to everything dispute being in NJ I could get to Philly fine and the Roots festival fine. Stuff I need was close like Walmart and target and a movie theater was cool. Very cool and calm vibe for afterwards and a steakhouse right next door. A hidden Gem!"

"The cleanliness is noted in all aspects of our stay. I will definitely come back even just for a stay on the weekend. Only one thing that is out of the hotels control, parents need to be responsible for their kids actions. Kids were running, banging and knocking on doors past 10 pm at night. There seems to have been some sports activities going on during our stay and some lids were out of control."

"There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing."

"The hotel is very clean and the reception area is welcoming and friendly. We arrived and were immediately greeted and the check in was a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room has a spacious working area and comfortable seating if you like to seat and watch some tv or listen to music while relaxing. Breakfast is a definite perk here. "This place with the address 101 Diemer Drive for Extended Stay America was really dirty compared to the other Extended Stay America over at 500 Diemer Drive which was just across the parking lot. It had roaches and bugs and all. There were glue traps that were down to catch them and all. I was really concerned about my dog catching fleas and such. Plus the dog fees were outrageous to the tune of $173 on top of the average price of like $650 per week. Then they were having to come in every week...
