"Just a basic hotel. No breakfast provided. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, but it was not available at 7:15. We went to Dunkin Donuts for coffee. The bathroom had only 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths, no hand towels. We only stayed at this hotel because most hotels were booked out or the prices for a room was totally out of site due to the George Strait concert at Clemson University. We drove up from Florida for a family funeral. Only thing positive was the hotel was clean. We will not...

"Hotel is close to the airport!"

"The room was well sized for a handicapped person. However, the shower was confusing because it was impossible to turn off the overhead shower and only use the handheld resulting in water going everywhere. The toilet was far too low for a wheelchair individual. The handicapped bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was excellent and what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express which is where we always stay when traveling."

"The kitchen worked well for me as I had have to make all my meals. It was clean including the refrigerator. I don't have an opinion on the breakfast since I never took a meal. The bathroom has paint peeling on the ceilings and door to the bedroom as well. Rust stains under the toilet and the caulking was poorly done. Plenty of towels, the bed was very comfortable, two tv’s was a nice touch. The desk clerk asked how my stay was and when I said it was good he immediately asked what could be better...

"This hotel is a total joke! I had a reservation. I arrived and was intially told that they were "overbooked". I asked where they were going to get me a room at another hotel. I was told they were not going to because it was "not their fault" but a "glitch in their system". My opinion: If it was their system which had a "glitch", then they are responsible for it! Anyway, front desk staff, while pleasant, was no help at all. There was no attempt to notify me of the "overbooking glitch" before I...

" Under renovation, no security. Had to enter through a back door to a closet to check in. Furniture stacked all over. Homeless camp outside. The hallways were dark and smelled of marijuana."

"The staff from checking us in,to breakfast, and helping with a toilet issue during our 4 day stay. Could not have been better. My husband was very pleased with the exercise room. My mother in law was happy to get a fresh cup of coffee each morning. Thank you all."
