"When we entered our room it smelled like stale cigarettes. We walked into the bathroom and found a used bar of soap with hair on it. The front desk clerk did come and clean that up at least. But all of the mirrors had streaks on them. The sink had trash under it. When I turned the sink on water splashed on the floor from the faucet. I went to wipe up the water and the towel was instantly covered in dirt. There were stains and rips in the carpet. And the AC unit was very loud. One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at. We booked 2 nights, but chose to drive all the way back home after the first night because it was so bad. Oh and the pool was drained & under renovation which I felt should have been disclosed since that was why we and the rest of our family drove up early. "

"Breakfast was same everyday. Need more varieties of food. No bananas. The sausage is pork and not labeled for people of Muslim religion or people who don't eat pork. I complained to the kitchen staff of same breakfast everyday. Parking was great and car safe. No problem with staff. "

"Positive: The room was reasonably clean. Most of the staff was friendly, exspecially the blond guy on weekdays in the morning and the breakfast ladies. Negative: The management is awful, they just don't care. Let me give you a few examples: We were there for a 4 day stay. It was stated that room cleaning service would be on request only. So on 2 separate days we requested housekeeping. We received none. NONE. The second day we were informed that they had 60 check-outs this day, so they were very busy. How is that my problem that they can't hire enough people? The person I was talking to seemed to be a relative of the owner, he did not even remove his ear buds to talk to me. Another thing: We travel for business, so every now and then we need to print a few pages. We choose hotels that offer a business center which provides us with a computer and a printer. First evening, the computer at the business center did not work. Screen was frozen, no mouse attached! We let the front desk know about this and the guy offered us to print a few pages if we send them to a gmail address. Well, our prints contain personal data of our customers so I prefer not to send them to a random email. I had to but I felt very uncomfortable doing it. Needless to say that we repeatedly requested this being fixed but to no avail. The management does not care. As long as you pay, they're good. But they managed to hang 4 signs up at the breakfast room to remind you not to remove any food items!"

"THERE IS NO HOT TUB!!! It should be removed from the description. The ONLY reason I rented at this hotel was because it says hot tub on site. There is no clarification, the review box literally asked me how the hot tub was… A frequently asked question is: is there a hot tub and the answer is yes there is a deep soak tub in each room. That is not true at all. There is a mini bathtub that you might want to think twice about…I literally didn’t feel comfortable walking on the floor barefoot and I hike barefoot…the staff was friendly, and said there is one jetted tub in a private room. Why is that not in the description or answered in the FAQ. It’s false advertisement… I was bamboozled. If I wasn’t going to get a hot tub I would have stayed somewhere else "
