Excellent stay. Clean room, heater works well, water runs hot, quality tv with many channels. Pool and hot tub was great, staff was friendly, check in was quick and easy. Appreciated they put me away from other guests so i didn't have to worry about noise. Even had a nice little continental breakfast.

Black mold in the shower, on the walls and shower upper area. Sink plugged up and wouldn’t drain. Had to ask at front desk for clean towels as needed. Carpet in room had not been vacuumed anytime recently found plastic tag retainers on the carpet. Terrible “FREE BREAKFAST ITEMS”. Air conditioner housing rattling when a/c was running. As positive notes: easy check in, Room was quiet.

The staff was nice, the wifi was fast, and everything had been cleaned very well when we arrived, but by the end of our five-day stay, there was a lot of black mold growing on the walls (and even in the toilet bowl). There was no fan in the bathroom, and it was so humid that our towels didn't dry at all (like, wet towels to dry off on following the first use). Even our clothes and papers felt damp by the third day. This feels like a pretty serious health hazard for folks who are sensitive to mold, and it can't be good for anyone, really.
