"The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was amazing, clean, and was right next to the bells. Please get the Sunday morning valet needs some help before he runs himself to death. He's super nice/gorgeous and very efficient but it's very hot and humid. He needs a chance to breathe and hydrate please"

"Our room was very clean, comfortable and a very convenient location. Comfy bed and the maids came in daily to make up the bed and freshen everything up including fresh towels daily which was a nice touch. Staff was super friendly and helpful. While the coffee was excellent and it was nice to have the breakfast included each morning, we would have liked to see it changed up each day. We spent 4 nights and the offerings were exactly the same each morning. The mini omelettes were quite salty but bland. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it if you are in the area."

"Checking in was odd because we booked ahead of time: but still required a card to check in. WiFi password was confusing until we figured out, beds were a little firm for my liking but the pillows were great. Room was clean and housekeeping was nice; parking kinda sucks tho. We didn’t eat the breakfast or use the pool/fitness center. We typically enjoyed our time in the city. But, it’s very centrally located to a lot, most things were only 10 mins away!"
