"When asked about the pool, staff said there is no pool even with me standing at the pool door with my two kids. The breakfast wasn't actually available. Staff was rude when asked about anything. Black mold in the windows and heater/ac unit. The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. "The parking was good with ample space. We didn’t use the gym. Breakfast was good with plenty of hot food available. Hallway was noisy before 10pm, but settled down without complaint needed."
