"We arrived at 9:30pm and left at 5:00, so we didn't see much of the hotel. Shuttle took 39 minutes to pickup from airport, but was on time in the morning. Room was clean and staff was friendly."

"Finding where to park and the check in process is difficult if you booked through a 3rd party. Cleanliness was okay, not perfect. All of the soap dispensers were empty."

Visited primarily to go to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, but Cleveland Downtown is definately worth spending time in as it leaves it's industrial past behind.
