4 Mi to Dtwn: Home w/ Patio in Cleveland!"Nice house. Decorated nicely. It is an old place (thinking circa 1900), so going upstairs was a chore. The stairs are extremely narrow and steep. They did a nice job of making us feel welcome. The area is industrial, there were a lot of trains throughout the night. We did feel safe staying there. It is in a great location when it comes to exploring Cleveland. Very close to everything. All in all, we had a good stay. "

Front desk staff and wait staff in the restaurant were very cordial and helpful. I was in Cleveland for the weekend to attend a couple of Guardians games and the competitive rate I received booking through Expedia made me pick this hotel rather than the comparable chain hotels in downtown Cleveland."

"We chose this hotel for its proximity to Guardians stadium. We were visiting to see the Royals play the Guardians and do some sightseeing.The hotel itself was located literally across the street from the stadium and had onsite parking (paid) that was great.We walked to the game and it was just so easy. It is walking distance to downtown and its many wonderful restaurants. We visited the Rock and Roll Hall of fame and along the waterfront. That all being said, this hotel is located in the middle of a noisy downtown. There were three events happening downtown on the same night. We returned to the hotel after the game and dinner and went to bed. At around midnight there were 3 LOUD motor cycles revving their engines, and blaring speeches from speakers on one of the bikes. They drove up and down the street for 15 minutes. It was annoying and woke me up, but this hotel is located downtown, so it was probably to be expected. We enjoyed our stay. The convenience of the location far outweighed the noise."
