"The nicest part of this hotel was the lobby and location other wise mid. The elevators were limited and slow. The AC in our room was outdated and did not cool. We got in late and the next morning a housekeeper knocked on our door at 9am and when we told her we did not need her services she insisted on us opening the door to give us towels. We had enough towels. We put the do not disturb door plaque and did not use housekeeping services for the rest of our stay. The sheet and the shower curtain...

"The staff was exceptional -very friendly and helpful! There was a mix up with the type of room I requested but they managed to rectify the error by moving us on the second night. To compensate for this inconvenience, we were given vouchers for complimentary dinner and drinks at the Fitzpatrick restaurant. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. "They charge a resort fee that was never disclosed. What’s surprising is that there isn’t actually a resort on the property, just an old gym.
