"Good enough to have a place to sleep for one night. First walk in, the room smelt musty and was hot. Figured out musty smell was coming from the carpet leading into the bathroom. There was a leak somewhere between sink and toilet. Bathroom floor was completely wet, but nothing was running. Had to lay towels on floor to keep feet dry"

"This has been my best hotel experience in MS so far. I thought the hotel was new when I walked in because the lobby not only smelled clean, it was! Sometimes places just douse bleach around to give the impression of being clean. Not this place. When I asked the helpful and friendly front desk attendant how long the hotel had been open, he said, “It’s about 20 years old, we just take pride in maintaining it.” The room was a bit “dated” in color scheme; however, it was quiet and truly clean. "Upon checking is about a dozen locals, mostly men, were sitting and standing around different areas of the motel drinking and smoking cigarettes and weed. The crowd just grew from there as if they owned the place. Loud, some drunk, flicking cigarette butts and cranking up music. Don't go unless you're on a photo Safari."
