"A nice basic place to stay when you only need a comfortable bed & hot shower. I appreciated the refrigerator, coffee maker & microwave. The staff was friendly. They have a good assortment of quick breakfast items (not just coffee) in the lobby, but it's only available until 9:30am which is too early for me. I wish it was available until 11am. I was traveling solo and I felt very safe."

"The self parking garage was closed without notice. Normally this wouldn't be an issue with valet service, however, the entire valet staff refused to park my car due to it being a stick shift. Therefore we were forced to park blocks away and walk to the hotel. When this was mentioned to the front desk they stated the valet service is a different company than the hotel and all they could do was comp breakfast."

"Good location.. our room had zero air. Was brought up to the front desk and there was nothing that could be done, as they were sold out of rooms. All other nearby hotels were sold out as well.
Absolutely no way the cleaning staff did not know the air was out. The unit was set at 60 and when we entered it was cooler outside than in the room."
