Best Western Allentown Bethlehem Lehigh Valley Inn & Suites
2/10 Terrible
"The room was absolutely disgusting. There was glass shards, what looked like a tampon wrapper and dirt on the floor of the bathroom, the shower had hair in the shelves, there was a container of Vaseline on the floor along with mounds of dirt, the heater had what looked like mold on the blower, and it smelled like dingy moldy mildew. I couldn’t breathe in the room. I didn’t even stay for an hour, and the next morning my nose was bleeding. The absolute worst hotel I have ever seen or smelled (tasted) what a complete disaster. "
"We stopped here after driving 13 hours on our way home from Florida and it was exactly what we needed. We technically could have pushed through and made it home, but we decided to stop and get some rest instead. Our parents had to watch our dogs one more night, but it was worth it so we could recharge before finishing the drive.
The location was perfect, right along our route, which made stopping for the night really easy. The hotel was actually sold out and we ended up booking the last room available. We arrived around 2:30 in the morning and the desk agent was incredibly friendly and even knew who we were since we were the final guests checking in.
The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, which was exactly what we needed after such a long drive. Everything felt quiet, relaxing, and well kept. The late checkout at 12 PM was also amazing because it gave us the extra time to really rest before getting back on the road.
Overall it was a great stay and exactly what we needed after a long travel day. Highly recommend if you’re passing through and need a comfortable place to rest."
"Easy check in and very close to the hospital. We had a short stay not even a full night but it gave us peace of mind to have a quiet space to rest. Lobby was bright and they had fruit water for free. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean. Check out was simple, drop the key in box. We’d definitely stay again!"
"No hot tub in my room bathroom door wouldn't close entrance to room some times would not close or open seemed like handle was back wards or maybe upsidedown window was covered with white plastic could not see out side staff was very friendly breakfast was good The room was clean "
