I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. "We had a great stay at the hotel. I really liked that when you paid for an adult breakfast 2 kids got to eat free.. staff was very helpful.. we got down to breakfast at 9 am on a Monday not realizing it ended at 9 and they still let us get food made a whole new thing of eggs for my children and we ate it while they very patiently waited for us to finish. Not once did I feel rushed or like they were annoyed. Front desk was also very nice."

"This is a gorgeous hotel. My room was larger than expected with great closet space - excellent for a business trip. The bed was super comfy. Some noise from the street but earplugs took care of it. The staff at reception were so helpful and made great recommendations - they take pride in their hotel and city. I would definitely come back."
