"The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. I enjoyed the heated pools and out door jacuzzi.
The staff was also really nice I can’t remember everyone’s name but i remember Karin helped us with our check in and then the younger staff from the Trails end cafe were all nice and helpful.
Only downside I think the tubing is overpriced especially if we are already staying at the hotel their should offer a discount for hotel guests. I’ve done tubing elsewhere at a lower rate and without a time...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The whole hotel was very clean and spotless including the elevators. The breakfast area was large and the choices varied and ample. The beds were comfortable, room temperature easy to regulate, great shower pressure, nice towels. Our kids loved the pool and water slide. Parking lot was well lit. Staff pleasant and accommodating.
