"Hotel looks nice within the pictures, but when arriving and in the room it is a different experience. Our party was excited to use the pool/jacuzzi for our stay but turns out that it is under construction and was not notified of the construction going on during the mornings when they were renovating it. In the hotel room, the towels were no where near new - the towels had holes/ripped from side. The bed sheets also were no where near new as well - there also were holes visible. The draining system for the sink was also a mess, our sink would get flooded constantly when using it. There was no mini fridge or ice bins to keep our items cold although there was an ice machine. The safe was also not working in our room and other rooms we got for our stay. Our hotel room key would also get randomly decommissioned and would have to go back to the front desk to get it reactivated. I would not stay at this hotel or recommend anyone else to stay in the future. "

"We checked out of this hotel in less than an hour. The rooms are even smaller than shown online but the major issue was the lack of cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was filthy and need some serious renovations. The towels in the bathroom were dingy and way past their prime. The bed was past its better days as we could feel the springs when we sat down. The positive points I will share about this hotel is the customer service, the person at the front seat was courteous and profesional. When we called to ask if we could cancel our stay she asked what out concerns were and offered to change our room, when we let her know that we would not be comfortable in this type of hotel she agreed to refund our payment. We received the refund within five days. "

"What a disappointment! Many stays and then it went from 5 stars to one because they essentially over charged me. Mistakes happen and the person at the counter may not be able to handle anomalies, but 3 messages to management that went unanswered shows complete disdain for the customer. Sad, because I liked the hotel, but won't return because overcharging a repeat customer and then wasting my time by ignoring my messages to remedy what happened is just too much to add to my repeats."
