"What an unpleasant experience. When we arrived the parking lot, hallways, lobby and elevator all smelled of marijuana. There were people outside of their rooms getting high. The sheets on one of the beds had not been changed as there were several hairs in the bed. This is not the place you want to bring your family."

"The worse service I ever experienced the room was next an elevator that made so much noise couldn’t sleep all night , the employees were so unprofessional and rude. They definitely need customer service training. "

"We booked a suite, aware that there was no elevator, and ascended to our room. The suite was exceptionally spacious. It featured a Jacuzzi, which we attempted to utilize, but it consistently expelled a significant amount of debris back into the room, resulting in an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. Despite these minor inconveniences, the property is not particularly new, but it is satisfactory. The staff was also commendable. What we particularly enjoyed was the restaurant, where the cuisine was exceptionally delectable."

"There was no shampoo or any amenity like it. The worse part was when i asked the front desk people (there were around 4 girls there) to get me some,time pass, i could see them chatting & fooling around & no one brought me the amenities. I had to go out my room & get them from the cleaning people arouns there. Very disappointing."
