"Unfortunately, the first and only time I ate in the restaurant for breakfast, I was incredibly ill. I got the wrong meal to start. The "breakfast potatoes" were raw. I tried eating a few of the smaller pieces but it caused such bad gastro symptoms, I lost an entire day of my trip because I was too sick to leave my room. "staff try to help with navigating the public transit system"

"The room was well equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. I wish they had another mirror somewhere on the wall of the room so that one person can get ready( such as doing hair and make up) when the other person is in the bathroom. The hotel is undergoing renovations till August, but didn't affect us much. The pool was closed due to unexpected circumstances. All staff were pleasant and responded promptly to our requests."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had appointments at St Boniface hospital and it is walking distance to that. I was disappointed that there wasn't a microwave in the room. I had leftover from my lunch meal and I had to take it down to he front desk for them to heat. When I asked the girl why there wasn't a microwave she said that they offer 2 restaurants so she didn't see the need for microwaves.
