"Stay 3 nights, the staff at front desk was excellent and restaurant staff amazing as well but house keeping was not the best, our towels wasn’t replaced or the toilet paper wasn’t restocked, we had to go ask for toilet paper twice. Otherwise it was very comfortable stay. "

"My first time staying at Humphry's in Winnipeg. I booked the room with a jacuzzi for a weekend "stay-cation". The room was very dated with many worn spots in the drapery allowing light through. The smell of cigarette smoke wafted through every hour or so - maybe the vents had issues? The jacuzzi seemed cleaned but it was very dated, with poorly patched areas on the walls above and around it - I did not use it at all... the room overall just made me feel gross. The bed was comfortable and the linen appeared clean, however, the cleaning staff came in while I was out for the day and when I got back the bed was made with the exact same linen. I was told they should be washing the linen and putting in fresh linen but I knew this wasn't done because there was a small drop of blood on the sheet - I had cut my ankle while shaving - and it was still there as they had only just tried to wipe it off. I thought this was a higher end hotel but it absolutely is not. It reminded me of an old Motel with a few unkept bells and whistles. I would NOT recommend this hotel."
