"Extremely kind and friendly staff. Hotel is very clean and updated. Views from the windows are exceptional. The only suggestion would be a bit of an upgrade on in room amenities such as toiletries and towels. But that’s nowhere near a reason not to start here. "

The attendent, James, was exceptional, pouring coffee for customers and actually serving them at their tables and asking if he could get them anything extra. He's very observant, and when the coffee table was crowded, I left to get coffee later. He observed this, and came and poured me coffee personally. "Bianca, the receptionist was excellent, so nice and sweet and we were upgraded without even asking. She also asked if we wanted the city side or the courtyard view. The best service I’ve had in years she really made our vacation with her helpful suggestions of great restaurants and city activities. We love Bianca. Also the room was very clean and nice. The halls were clean and it was very enjoyable. I also like the that the doors were locked after 10 I felt very secure and safe thank you...

"The staff were bery friendly and accommodating and the property was well kept, however by the 4th to 6th breakfast it was becoming very bland … maybe some real eggs or bennies or poached or boiled…also some berries or fruit salad and maybe milk would have been nice to have with the porridge. 😊"

"Has a microwave in the room to heat up food. TV was very helpful with having a toddler with me! The room had everything I needed for my stay there and the staff were helpful and friendly. The to go breakfast is a plus!"

"Everything went really good except when my son needed a crib, it took about two hours to get it. When we asked to have our room clean, it was not done completely (towels & pillow case & sheet was missing for the sofa bed). "

"It was a good stay but the room had an old stench/smell. The room was decent but very small. It was in the middle of Seattle, so it was not bad of an area. I’ve stayed here a couple of times, may consider another stay just for sleeping arrangements. But other than that, it was not all bad. "

"Parking is a joke. The staff would rather cancel my room rather than find a place for me to park. I had to park down the street in a very unsafe area and then walk to the hotel. Then they still tried to charge me for parking. Very unsatisfied. I do not plan to book here again "

"This place was clean some staffs were friendly but the lady I check in with wasn’t . I asked her how does the ac or heater works he told me to read the instructions on the wall after I entered the room and the light didn’t turn on , I couldn’t see anything at first so I have to go back to the room and use my phone to read the instruction on the mirror . The guess were loud in lobby so it was hard to sleep in and the noise was loud that my coworkers in the zoom could tell I was in a hotel room ....

"Clean room, bathroom, and linens. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Pleasant and responsive staff. 24/7 shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes which makes travel easy; the shuttle drivers help with luggage and drive safely. "
