We arrived late evening and lwft early morning so didn't look around Coalville but the place seemed fine. Being just a couple of miles from the motorway was a real bonus.

While Heather may not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like Bardon Close and Sence Valley Country Park.

Upon arrival at the hotel, staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, however the temperature of the room was a little confusing to operate and took some time to get warm. Definitely recommended, nice entrance to hotel, plenty car parking available, friendly staff, really comfortable spacious room, good choice of food and excellent service, short drive to NEC

Great hotel. Big rooms. Kitchen is a bonus and city centre parking for 10 pounds is a treat. The check in lady was lovely too.
