"This hotel is gorgeous inside and out. A mixture of history, elegance, and comfort. The service was impeccable everywhere (front desk, dining, and bar). Location is very convenient and within walking distance to the riverside. Highly recommended!"

"Clean room, Kind staff, Very close to downtown area! Best part of the place was the excellent service and 24 hour complimentary drinks/snacks. Nothing better than coming back to the room and grabbing a cup of hot cocoa before bed, and having your first cup of morning coffee and a donut just a few steps from your door! We’ll definitely be staying here again and recommend this place for a nice weekend getaway!"

There was a significant issue with the first room, which I really do suggest that they give it more love and care as the second room they moved me to was much better. Just a suggested, such as repainting the walls so there isn't dark stains on it and ceiling the hardwood floors. Hope to stay there again soon but I definitely will not pick the first room again. "

"We have stayed here for several years. Renovations are continuing. Location is close to pier, restaurants and shopping. Public park and playground are just across the street. Talked with golfers here for RSM tournament. Never figured out the ROKU tv and we have 3 ROKU boxes at home. This place is a family favorite."
