"I loved this hotel all weekend... Friday check in was a piece of cake, Ms. Barry was my front desk person... I had a delicious burger in the restaurant, Miss Holly took great care of me... later I had problems with the television remote control... a young maintenance man came up and figured things out in a jiffy... this morning after checking out, I was panic-stricken because I needed to get to the Amtrak station to catch my train... the ride service wasn't being user friendly... so the front desk person (again, Ms. Barry I think) helped me arrange transportation which got me to the station with minutes to spare... the only negative was several of the elevators weren't operating, but we had the option of using the service elevator... but you still get five stars across the board... I'll be coming to Norfolk to visit family more frequently, so I look forward to staying here again... Thanks, everybody !!!"
