"It is clean and staff very helpful. I can write a lot about positives, but what matter are the negatives. First, laundry is not connected, the elevator doesnt have sensor and will close on people, the AC water drops outside the rear exit."

"Positive: Self contained kitchen, clean apartment, modern look, outside lounge, laundry room, fitness room, grill, accessible to many stores and restaurants by car and vehicle
Negative: no walk in shower, AC unit was too loud and didnt cool properly, no garbage disposal and need additional privacy for window in bedroom where you can still get light but people cant look inside your apartment"
