"The Hotel is in an ideal location is the big plus. Very disappointed in our arrival arrangements. Our reservation advised us to call before we arrived to get parking instructions and transport to the hotel instructions. The instructions to the parking facility were incomplete as to exactly where in the Mercsnte garage we were allowed to park. The reservation clerk we called was a “bit” impatient and was very rude and unhelpful about how we would get to the hotel. We had never been to...

"Wonderful hotel that made our stay in Ljubljana very special. Modern, comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Excellent buffet style breakfast. Nice bar and cafe too. Just a 5 minute walk from the center and the sights bars and restaurants. Highly recommended. "

"We loved our stay here. The room was spacious and clean. Great shower. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. The only issue was we could not find the building easily. Maybe it was because we just got off an overseas flight but the address was unclear when looking from the street. Also the towels were old with a hole in it. "

"Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our room was large very large, which was much needed after a week of visiting other cities and staying in tiny rooms. It was comfortable - especially the temperature control. It seems that in most Euro hotels, the mode is controlled centrally, which is rough for cold sleepers in the fall/winter. We were able to have light air conditioning at night with a fan only during the day, which really aided our sleep! The room had a ton of windows, but the curtains...

"The hotel is situated in the Ljubljana city centre, very close to Kongresni trg and all the local attractions. My room had a king size bed and was very clean. Members of staff were very helpful. Great breakfast and really good evening meal. Great choice of local wines and beers."

"The room was very comfortable and the service was perfect. The only down side that some people should be aware of is that the there is not an elevator to the rooms which are on the top floor. This wasn't an issue for me and I was aware of it prior to checking in but, for some people, it might make a difference. The location is hard to beat being only a block from the old town"
