"Clean room, tidy and modern. There was Ac but not fully working. Bathroom was clean check in was easy. Nice area. We booked a king room however it was just 2 twin beds pushed together with an annoying gap in the middle."

"The bad: Not a real front desk. An office down a hall with a door that was once locked. Staff unavailable at check in time and ignoring all the people waiting in the front hall. Record breaking awful heat wave in the hit London during our stay. No attempt to provide window box fan to draw in night air or to get portable air conditioning units. Floor fans in the rooms helped but not enough. Bedrooms have one electric outlet only. Living room and very modern kitchen have many outlets. Why not put...

"Great room size with air conditioning and large bathroom. We loved the neighborhood, with a short walk to the South Kensington metro station as well as many great restaurants. It would have been nice to have access to a microwave oven."

"Clean, easy check-in, short walk to Holland Pk or Shepherds Bush stations. The kitchenette was nice for breakfast and the surrounding neighborhood was very nice. The street was a little noisy but we had the windows open due to the above average temps in London, luckily there was a fan provided which helped for sleeping. Found the stairwell to be very hot. Great stay!"

"Very small cramped room. No aircon, so was sweltering. Avoid in summertime. Room was well appointed and shower good. Just about passable for the £"
