"The building is lovely and the garden is such a bonus. We were there for 4 nights . We met a lot of the staff and they were all friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect. Very quiet, safe and peaceful to sleep and walk in. Kensington Palace and gardens a quick 15 minute walk and Hyde Park 5 mins. Bayswater Station is a 4 to 5 min walk, TONS of fun places to eat and or drink within the same five min walk...Tesco Express and other independent shops to pop in to for snacks or fruit, etc....

"Clean room. Big bed. There was no elevator but still nice. Updated bathroom. No air conditioner but there was one installed into our unit"

"Everything was great. Easy check in. Lot's of cafés etc...close by. Only feedback is you can hear above ground train squealing by but not a deal breaker. For the price I would return again. AC and shower pressire amazing."

"The unit was very nice but the weather was hot and the air conditioning was not working properly. The lift was not working which made it difficult to drag luggage down. It was very difficult getting messages returned from the hotel. I would probably give it another chance."

"Automated AI system to get in. It worked however if your phone dies you have no way to got in. Communitcation about our complaint that the room was unbelievably small and the building was unbearably hot resulted in AI automated responses and got no where. Although it was a hot day it made no sense why the room never cooled down. Room big enough for 1 person really. Double bed left hardly any floor space."

"The apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not use the washer/dryer in the apartment but knowing that it was available was a plus. The galley kitchen is a little small for cooking a large meal, but it worked for the two of us. The building is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance to the South Kensington and Gloucester Road underground stations.
