"The place they put me in was not the place I paid for. I was supposed to stay in the saturno, but they put me in another place called Stella polare. It was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere and probably hadn't been used in months. The shower was broken, stove didn't work, and a whole host of other issues, including no wifi - they said I should go to the beach for that.
The following morning they did fix some of the issues, and I got an explanation as to why they didn't put me in the saturno, which...

"Bei unseren Buchung via Expedia waren die BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher inklusive. Als wir kamen in den Camping mussten wir das anfragen, sie sagten kosten 5Eur pro Handtuch, wir haben dann unsonst bekommen da in der Buchung geschrieben war. Auch sollten wir 5Eur pro Tag Parking bezahlen, wenn fĂŒr jede Mobilehome ein Stellplatz ist. Da nachsaison war, haben sie uns nicht kassiert. Auch haben angeboten bis 22 Uhr zu bleiben am check out Tag. Die KĂŒche hatte keinen Schwam, SpĂŒhlmittel, GeschirrtĂŒcher....

"I really cannot speak any higher about the cleanliness of this property. Every aspect of it is very well maintained, but I did feel a wee bit of an institutional vibe to the property. The lights are really bad in the rooms. Even the small lights blast light through the room. So you either have a room that is very bright or choose to stay in the dark. Itâs not a relaxing mood.
