"We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called. I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up. Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. "

"Comfortable stay in predictable Holiday Inn Express environment. Close to M4 yet quiet. My Son loved a trip over to the Porsche showroom over the road and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was busy but well controlled. Just a shame (not the Hotel's problem) that there are no late night public transport options from Cardiff. We went to a concert but had to drive back. "

"What a find, beautiful location, peaceful, on Sand Bay Beach front a few miles from Weston Super Mare but a world away. Nice hotel, clean, lovely presented double room with en suite, rainfall double shower, tv, small fridge, kettle, free standing fan, supply of tea, coffee, hot choclate. Hotel staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast included in price, yoghurts, fruit, toast, full english and a good variety of other cooked options. "We had a lovely stay at Parador 44. This boutique hotel is conveniently located. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely arranged and the super size shower was wonderful. We also really appreciated the "honor bar" and the yummy continental breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!"
