"Thought the property is beautiful, it needs lots of maintenance. There were several things broken or not working properly. The property’s main attraction, the sauna and the steam room didn’t work. The cabin’s main door lock was broken and the light bulb in front of the cabin didn’t work…. Sometimes we didn’t have hot water in the shower "

"I have been traveling through latin America for 3 months and have stayed in many economy type hotels but this one is by far the worst. First of all, the one tiny towel they provided was old and dingy and it even had a blood stain for good measure. The bedding was equally disgusting and the pillows were covered in plastic.
The room i was in had windows facing the hallway and did not close at the top which made the noise from the street unbearable.
