"Staff was not very friendly or willing to make up for a room that was not what was advertised. I stayed 4 nights; I guess housekeeping doesn't exist there? I went to the front desk to ask for soap. The layout of the facility is absolutely impossible to navigate. It is a true labyrinth with long, narrow hallways that are insufficiently labeled and there were so many unnecessary doors.
