Everything was above our expectations! Room 115 couldn’t with a mirror in the bedroom but apart from that what a wonderful stay! Perfectly placed for ski in and ski out. Will definitely stay again!

The apartment style room is very clean and very spacious. There are both shower and bath which was a surprise. The kitchen was well equipped but one of our induction stoves doesn’t work but other appliances all feel new and easy to use. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. The only inconvenience for us was the location. Comparing to other options, it’s on a quieter area of les bruyères. It’s about 7-8 min walk to the grocery store and need to climb some stairs on top of that to get to the village centre where the restaurants are. No laundry room or service is available unlike it claims on the description. There is a really nice laundry store in the village center but it takes that aforementioned climb. We produce a lot of laundry as we ski so a laundry machine would be really nice and make our stay a whole lot better

Really nice stay.

We spent 7 nights at Le Chalet and we would go back, it was a very nice stay, the apartment is spacious, the SPA is nice, only complain is that the swimming pool should be warmer! great hotel to explore Les 3 Vallees.

Correct en été

++ espace de l’appartement. Parties communes et calme - - canapé en plastique, literie limite pour un 4* surtout les oreillers, moquette sale dans l’appartement. Un nettoyage en cours de séjours aurait été apprécié ou bien un accès à un aspirateur/sceau - 10 jours sans ménage c’était juste.

Great location, great stuff, good food, spacious, nice apartments. Welcoming and nice staff. Easy access to slopes. Very happy with the slopes. The only missing thing is hot tub and ski boots heaters, it's hard to dry them in ski lockers. Other then that fantastic property.

Excellent accommodation - pity about the WiFi!

We had a two bedroom apartment which was unusually spacious compared to most ski resort accommodation. You could have comfortably slept 6 in it although there was really only lounge seating for 4 or 5 at the most. Excellent ski-in, ski-out location - maximum 2 minute ski down to choice of 3 lifts. Maximum 5 minute walk to a handful of shops, bars and restaurants in Bruyeres. We had a decent meal in the restaurant one night but never tried the breakfast. Only negative was (as many have reported) that the WiFi was awful - I gave up trying to get a connection on my iPad.

Great rooms, convenient for the slopes

Arrived at the hotel quite early for check-in, which wasn't an issue, we were shown where to leave our bags, given a key to the door that we need to go out of to go into the town for lunch, and by the time we returned an hour later our room was ready. Room was very modern, very clean with comfortable beds and chairs and a well equipped kitchen area. We will definitely be going back for another visit. Skiing was possible from the back of the boot room, and you could ski back to the door.

très bien sauf l'espace aquatique !

3 eme séjour, toujours aussi bien , le feu de bois pour l'apéro, le restaurant bien qu'un peu cher est très bien, les appartements très confortables. J'aurai mis 5/5 sans hésiter s'il n'y avait pas un gros problème avec l'espace détente aquatique : Par contre n'esperez pas utiliser le SPA (sauna hamam piscine (assez froide...) car l'établissement ne fait pas respecter son propre règlement (à savoir : pas d'enfant de - de 16 ans dans le sauna et le hamam, et pas de - de 14 ans non accompagnés à la piscine), nous y sommes allés 4 fois, et à chaque fois des enfants de 10 à 15 ans sautent crient eclaboussent entrent et sortent du sauna et hammam, du coup au bout de 15 minutes d'enfer on s'en va !!! et malgré des réclamations à l'accueil, ils ne contrôlent pas plus les allées et venues...
