"It was everything about it that made it special. As we entered the hotel we were greeted in a way that made us feel genuinely appreciated. Maps were shared and any other tourist information that might be helpful. We arrived early so our luggage was stored but when we checked in, the luggage was already in our room. The room was quaint and nicely appointed. We had an amazing terrace which was so inviting. The breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast itself involved a wide range of treats to...

"The staff was great! They are very professional and friendly. Always happy to help us.We stayed in 2 different rooms as we extended our stay. Both rooms were clean, the only complaint I have was the 2nd room had some items to be fixed like the glass panels on each side of the bed that works as side tables. The hinges of the windows were not locked in so we can close the windows. "

"This was a pearl just putside Granada that we enjoyed a lot. The two guys running the place (we assume they did at least) really made us feel at home and relax. The balcony with the pool and eating place offered a great view of Granada end the Sierra, which we took delight of greatly."

"Lovely room and easy parking"

"Excellent location, very good staff and superb buffet for breakfast and dinner. Three restaurants on site and plenty of restaurants less than a minute walking. Located right on the village, near the lift for the ski slopes. Only drawbacks are that you can’t use a/c and is a little noisy if you open the windows; also small room for the high price paid. High clorine odor in the floor where spa is located. Would stay again."
