One night when there was a.large event at the hotel, the restUrant staff were less attentive and the meal took a long time to come, but otherwise food and service at the restaurant very good."

"Despite me following up several times prior to arrival to ensure everything was in order, hotel staff did not seem to be aware I was coming. Clerk at reception told me I needed to pay immediately and also pay an additional amount for my wife. She was expressing an unusual and strange urgency regarding this while I got my documents out proving to her that I had already paid in full for two guests via Hotels.com. This exchange set the tone and made me uncomfortable. Room was not tidy upon arrival and lacked towels and toilet paper. They did end up cleaning the room properly on the second day. I think overall this may have been a decent hotel pre pandemic but they no longer seem to have any idea of how to run a hotel unfortunately."
