"Most of us stay in hotels because of work. Your schedule might change, and when it does, you can't get a refund. My schedule changed early on, so I told the guy who runs the motel. He just told me, "You signed a paper that said no refund." Aside from my personal experience, ignore the pictures online. The place is just terrible. I have a 21-day shift, and I didn't book that motel because everything there is awful. Just add $5 to whatever you think the deal is and you will have peace of mind.
Believe me, it's a RESERVATION at your own risk."
"If you are staying in Cold Lake, this has to be your hotel. It has everything needed including GF breakfast options, friendly staff, and amazing rooms. We were so impressed!"
"Conveniently located, excellent staff, breakfast was great. Hotel is dated- but I was looking for a very reasonable rate for two nights. I would recommend thos hotel. "
"Last 9 days and nights I was on bussines trip all over Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. Checking in at the reception desk with Anna was a treat. That was just a start of this great experience. Once I got to room I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, cleanliness and bed was top of the positive experience. The bed "caused" me a little trouble because I slept so good that I overslept all alarms and instead of waking up at 7am I woke up at 11am. :) I called the reception to let them know I will be late with check out and another pleasant surprise. "No problem, just let me know once you are leaving" was the receptionist response. What else you can wish for? "
