"This is poorly cleaned.I found some under wear from a previous customer left in the room looking dirty and horibly left.after the bed looked changed and shinny. This is embarrasing and made me feel sick and horrible. I complained but my room was not changed, the underwear was taken away but nothing else was done.never seen this before,disturbing scene indeed"

"I was nervous about this property having booked in a rush and not having read reviews. However upon arrival I found it easy to park and a lovely entrance with beautiful character features. The ladies in reception were friendly and welcoming and they upgraded me to a superior room which I was very pleased with. "Absolutely everything. Evening meal, service and staff were excellent. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The room was amazing, not in the main building itself but you couldn’t expect more. Countryside views. Overall a great stay. Would highly recommend. "
