"Fatal el trato del personal del Lobby. Me dijeron que no tenían ningún convenio con Expedia y que no podían ofrecerme nada aunque al hacer la reservación era con VIP Access. Tuve que comunicarme con Expedia y lo único que me ofrecieron fue un cambio a una habitación en el mismo piso con un frigobar vacío"

"This is my 4th time staying here. It's perfect for an overnight stay. The room I had this time seemed to haveen upgraded as some of the rooms had old carpeting and bedding. The room I had this time all hardwood floors ambient ceiling lighting and was just nice and comfortable. Bathrooms could use some work with leaking shower but it did the job. Love staying here staff is nice and friendly and very inviting."

"The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants around the corner, many of which are open late. It’s also very close to the beach. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the front desk staff was always easy and pleasant.
The only downside was the size of the room, which was quite small, and the bathroom was even smaller. Also, if you’re planning to attend an event or need to iron clothes, I recommend bringing your own iron. We were there for a wedding and needed to iron our...

"My daughter and I traveled to Ensenada for a conference. I booked this place because I wanted parking and A/C. No parking, it was full. But we did have A/C. We had two queen size beds. We slept well. It was very difficult getting around the beds, too bulky. The pressure on the shower head was null. The most annoying of all was a flashing light above the TV. I would not want to stay there again."
