"Staff was friendly at check in and out, however we did not get to test the gym or try the breakfast, we’re assuming both were good. My biggest problem was the humidity in our room, and the smell of mold/mustiness when you walked in. I’m pretty sure there was mold on the vent above the sink, and I had a consistent headache throughout my trip. My clothes are all damp in my suitcase and even my unworn ones will need to be washed when I get home."

"Amazing room it was so clean, the breakfast was amazing! And the staff was out of this world. I will be back when I visit charlotte again! The lady in the kitchen Tanya was amazing greeted us as soon as we came down for breakfast and Tahjé was very nice and greeted us checking in and checking out answered concerns. They both kept a smile every time we seen them. Customer service was great! They need a raise!"

1 odd thing… I showered just before going to bed and ended up switching beds (double queen room) because there were strange water noises coming from the wall behind headboard which was next to bathroom wall. Seemed that the water pipes must have been back there and made a lot of noise. I thought it might keep us up, but the water sounds did eventually stop. Would not stop me from staying again.
