"Upon checking in, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell that was provided for use because I could hear talking and laughing but no one was at the desk. Someone came out to assist me to check in, and I was placed in the room that was in the lobby area, with the communal coffee bar set up right outside my door. Before I could even ask, I was immediately told that the hotel was booked and I could not switch my room. I spent my stay being bothered at all hours with people talking in the lobby, people using the coffee bar. Will not be returning. "

"Only saw staff at check in. Rooms never cleaned. No fresh towels when we got back to our room. Mostly won’t be staying there again. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. This place stinks of cigarettes in the rooms, in the halls, it's gross. It sucks to even SIT on the bed. The blanket is as thick as an airline blanket. There were people partying directly outside our room in the parking lot (the wall between is floor to ceiling window, by the way.) Super sketchy. We left after 5 minutes and went to the Hilton Garden Inn in Lakewood which was worth every penny. Don't do it. It's cheap for a reason and probably should be condemned."

"Front desk was so helpful & cheerful. Made me feel right at home the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for simplicity, convenience to restaurants & just nice people, it’s a great stay. If you’re looking for lots of amenities, this isn’t the place for you. Perfect score from me. "

"Clean room and very convenient hours for amenities such as pool and gym. Bar and bistro on site, however inconsistent hours. Breakfast is not included. "
